Terms and Conditions

The rates do not include colision damage waiver, theft, trafic fines or twowing expenses;
Rates don't include limited coverage of Public Liability and personal accidents;
Included in all bikes: emergency Kit and cage;
A guarantee deposit must be made:
- C1 - € 200.00;
- C2 / C4 - € 400.00;
- C3 / C5 - € 600.00;
- C6 - € 200.00;
- C7 - € 350.00;
- C8 - € 600.00;
- C9 - €150.00;
- C10 - € 600.00
The total payment of the rental is made when picking up the bike. The guarantee deposit will be returned at the end of the rental;
Credit cards recognized by the rental station are accepted;
The rent with the aim of participating in mountain bike race events, always requires our approval and, in all circumstances, is subject to a rate equivalent to the cost of a complete revision to the bike.
Reservations to be collected at the store or delivered to an address to be agreed outside working hours will have an extra cost of 10€

Up to 48 hours before any reservation, we refund the amount already paid.
After 48 hours it is possible to cancel the reservation, but there is no refund of the 50% of the amount already paid.
